These rain coats are made from nylon packcloth which has been coated underneath for waterproofing and wonderfully soft polyester minky fabric in many styles and trendy colors. The coats are reversible and have longer velcro straps for maximum adjust-ability. Each rain jacket features a fold down collar and a buttonhole in the top of the jacket to attach the leash to the dog's harness.
